Bedroom 1: Queen bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2: King bed. Bedroom 3: Trundle bed (2 twin beds). There is also a twin sized folding bed and the couch brings the total sleeping capacity to 8. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway. There is a BBQ pit provided but you will need to buy charcoal.
